Campus Culture, as an important part of the social culture, has many characteristics, such as independence, blend, diversity, instruction, dissimilarity and creativity. As far as the characters, it has many functions as aesthetic rally, aesthetic harmony, aesthetic edification and sublimation and plays an important role in building the healthy personality of college students and the improvement of the full progress of college students.At present, however, the research of Campus Culture in China is superficial. One of the evidence is the neglect of the aesthetic level of Campus Culture. Based on such, this proposal presents the definition "College Campus Aesthetic Culture" and illustrates its meanings and characteristics.After that, this proposal divides Campus Aesthetic Culture into four levels and also analyzes them, which are Campus Aesthetic Environment, Campus Aesthetic Relationship, the aesthetic factors of Non-Art Courses, Art Courses, and Extracurricular Activities. Then, this proposal specifically analyzes their structure, educational function and obeying principle. Furthermore, It illuminates the important role of Campus Aesthetic Culture on new generational college students.Finally, this proposal gives briefly discuss on the construction of Campus Aesthetical Culture, namely, the correct steps of carrying out the educational function of Campus Aesthetical Culture. Hopefully, this discussion is supposed to improve the research and construction of Campus Culture and provide reference to professional and fans of Campus Culture in China.
