| "For everyone's development, for our motherland's development", new curriculum reform comes into being in China. Now new curriculum reform is carried out deeply. Facing to new curriculum reform, everybody is paying attention to it. Teacher is an important role, who acts as a player ,an assessor and an administer. Teacher is also looked as a key role. But teacher has a lot of non-adaption, such as education ideal and instruction, for curriculum culture.According to it, we should study the phonon through culture. We can find deeper cause, including teacher's impositve profession development, school culture, means curriculum culture, traditional culture, bad society system, and culture environment.Seeing the problem and find the cause ,we should find an answer to the problem. I think we should restructure new sires of curriculum culture. We can take follow measures: teacher should carry on self profession development, build up better school environment ,pay a litter attention to means curriculum and more to based-on human curriculum, reform traditional culture, better society system and based-on human culture environment .We accelerate teacher's profession development, students' development and success of new curriculum reform through new curriculum culture.This text has four parts, including face, "teacher's quality": the general cause of the cold attitude to new curriculum reform, "root of culture": the deeper cause of the cold attitude to new curriculum reform , and the answer to this problem .restructure curriculum, teacher, campus culture.
