Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is indispensable to the complete teaching and learning process from when classroom teaching and learning constitute had been formed. Classroom teaching and learning evaluation is an important means to increase teaching and learning quantity availably. However, there are many problems in classroom teaching and learning evaluation in our primary and middle school, which has blocked the process of classroom teaching and learning reform seriously. The reform and innovation of classroom teaching and learning evaluation seem to be more and more important along with the progressive implement of new curriculum reform in our primary and middle school. The study of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation, which pursues the developmental goal, in the view of the actuality and the future, exactly emerges with the tide of the times under this kind of background.As a new evaluation theory that introduced from foreign countries, there are many practical problems and puzzles when we carrying out the developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. Now, much of our studies concentrate on introduction of the theory and emphasis on the importance of developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. However, theory should be put into practice, it's more practical meaning to study about what's the situation of the application of the theory and how to improve the application, so we put forward the study.This thesis is divided into five parts:In the first part (introduction), the author firstly defines some concepts that the thesis concerns, such as evaluation, teaching evaluation, developmental classroom teaching and learning evaluation. Then, the author presents the relevant study on evaluation countries inside and outside and explicate the background of the study. At last, it's the main content of the thesis and the theoretical meaning and practical meaning of the study.
