In the 21 Century, we are going to the age of Knowledge-economic. Facing the strongrising of knowledge and information, the educators point that they must educate students thefaculty of "knowing how to learning". So "self-regulated learning" became an importantlearning form and faculty which is be searched and discussed by education researchers.Under the information technology entironment, how to use the available technology topromote the University students' self-regulated learning training is worth to study as animport problem.In this thesis, the author expatiates the character and the using condition of electronicportfolio at first. And then analyze the modern state of the faculty of University students'self-regulated learning, the need of cultivating, and the deficiency point. Put forward theconceive plan of using electronic portfolio to training, and carry through the design andexploitation. The whole thesis can be departed to five sections:Part One: Describe the electronic portfolio's definition, characters, categories, and theusing condition.Part Two: Analyze the modern condition, the need of cultivating, the exist problem of theself-regulated learning faculty of the University students.Part Three: On the found of the front thesis, put forward designing the electronic portfolioat the aim of cultivating the faculty of self-regulated learning of university students.Analyze the theories sustain, technology sustain of the electronic portfolio, besides,analyze the frame of it.Part Four: Describe the designing plan of the electronic portfolio, and material modulesand the functions.Part Five: Reflect the foreground of the using of the electronic portfolio, point out thechallenge and require to teachers, schools and students in the full-using of the electronicportfolio.
