On The Foreigners Status And Influencing Factor Of CBA

After male basketball team take professional reform, foreign basketball players appear in CBA. They play more important role in the development of league matches, so the thesis focuses on this phenomenon in the following analysis.The thesis analyzes the performance and the general features of foreign players by document analysis, indagation analysis, symbolic statistic analysis and logic analysis in past ten matches and concludes the tendency of development in future. This thesis discusses the performance, administration and invitation of foreign players as well as their influence on CBA. The thesis also provides analysis on administrative framework, achievement of clubs in governing foreign players, good influence of foreign players on Chinese basketball career, in which the author offer the practicing advice.The result of research shows that: there is no great change in the foreign players'height and average age of them is 27 over past ten years, which is prime time for players; average weight of them is 103.7kg; among foreign players, center forward are more than 50%, but vanguard and fullback is in short; most foreign players comes American and minorities are from other countries.; comparing with Chinese players, foreign ones are very good at rebound,blocking,the dunk shot,but steal,three-point shot,assist is their shortcomings, and the developing tendency shows in their scores.It is in initial steps of inviting foreign players into CBA, so there are still a lot of problems to solve. The elements that influence on inviting foreign players are that: the alternative players are short, the instable income of clubs, and the instable regulations of league matches. CBA limit strictly about the members of foreign players, time of they joining in playing in the process of matching, and the income of them, which has great different from Chinese players.
