An Action Research on how to Intensify English Listening and Speaking Ability for the Graduates of Junior Middle School with the Help of MultimediaEnglish education plays an important role in many kinds of educations. No matter teaching time or exam for a job, English is thought as the first place. With the entry to WTO, the importance of English is more outstanding. The people are eager to learn English, but "Deaf English "is still present. So we must find good ways to teach and learn English. The development of information technology and use of it in education field bring the great influence to education. Education information brings along education modern realize the greatest development ,it has become the important strategy of education reform all over the world. In China we put out a series of policy and act to carry forward education information and deepen education reform. I choose this subject to fit English teaching in our school as a common teacher. It is suitable for the teachers with these theories and practical base. In this way, we can intensify students' listening ability and grades in a short time and it can make a good base for the next step. We should try our best to encourage students to take part in the class activities. According to teaching subject ,we choose the students' ability target. We should design the activities to develop students' ability.
