The teacher's training model in vocational education has long been oriented a normal education training model and a closed one. Though this type of model has played an important role in the past and trained large numbers of qualified teachers for vocational education in our country .With the development of society ,vocational education is confronted with much large developing space; but this type of training model cannot meet the demand of vocational education development. At the same time, the transition from oriented normal education model to non-oriented normal education model is the main trend in normal education in the world. Owing to the characteristics of vocational education's variety and development, its teacher-training model should be open. Moreover, the quality demand of "double-competency" teacher makes the non-normal-education oriented model a must.This article first analyses the present conditions of teacher's training in vocational education in our country. Then, the author learns from the experience of the teacher's training model in the developed countries, and probes into the necessity and feasibility of constructing the training model of non-oriented normal education. Thereafter, the author puts forward some concrete methods that the training model of non-oriented normal education includes: training aims, main participants, procedures, types, and its developing tendency. Finally, the author does an elementary research on the guarantee system of the teacher's training model in vocational education from two stratums, i.e, policy and regulations.
