As one of the important college organizations in promoting the development of campus-culture, sports club provides a practical flat roof for the students to excise their sports knowledge and athletic techniques, improve their personal quality, and forge the integrated capability. For the moment, since the expanded college recruitment, the corresponded resource scarcity, and the increase employment pressure, most students think much of their cultural things but not physical affairs. Thus, college sports clubs bring lots of problems, like the fewest participators, negative working attitudes of volunteers, short existent period of clubs and so on. Aimed at exploring the actuality, this research analyzed the inscape of organizational attraction of college sports clubs, and scaled the developed level of the club organizations, which based on the concerned subject theories and methods, like sociology, management, PE sociology, organizational behaviour and so forth. Furthermore, the researcher brings forward corresponding policies in managing college sports clubs, aiming to offer some theoretical direction for the clubs'higher development.According to the research, the college sports club possesses its inherent organizational attraction, that is, stability, cohesion and rallying point. There are five dimensions, cultural attraction, structural attraction, activity attraction, conditional attraction and performance attraction, which are the important component elements of the college sports clubs. In the details, cultural attraction dimension includes organizational atmosphere, organizational traditions and social reputation that reflect the students'cares - the interior environment of clubs and exterior evaluation; activity attraction dimension includes item-setting, regular movements, tournament activity and sociable activity; structural attraction dimension involves organizational objectives, organizational system and organizational management, which impact the number of participators and the stability of the club-member; conditional attraction dimension involves three factors from software and hardware to satisfy the students, namely, club-ground condition, equipment condition and sports-instruction; performance attraction dimension concerns whether the students could be identified by society and satisfied from body and mind.The current survey indicated that improving the organizational attraction of the...
