The study investigate the Middle school students' extracurricular physical activities in Yunnan province by the way of questionnaires and investigations based on a large number of references, which includes students' attitude, realization, motivation for the physical education, how long and how many times they participate, and why they do it. A clear and general understanding of middle school students' extracurricular physical activities was made after the investigations and analyses. The results showed that most middle school students especially for physical education students have wider requirement for it. It also showed a clear difference between middle school students' physical education and quality education. As a result, this study suggest that the middle school student's physical awareness and the way of education method, training grounds, and equipments also should be improved which will enhance the quality of the Middle school students' extracurricular physical activities.
