For many years, educating and teaching practice has shown that students' studying is a very complicated behavior, which is influenced by not only intelligence but also non-intelligence factors. For a long time, most students have been "slaves" of scores, their studying enthusiasm has been falling, studying interest and internal motivation have been lacking much more seriously, with less and less happy feeling in the process of learning, because schools and families have overly paid attention to educational selecting function and value as tools, overly lain stress on studying results but ignored students' learning experience, especially all kinds of keen competition and external stimulating awards have also been widely used for the reason of entering a higher school. So it is more and more necessary to discreet and develop non-intelligence for turning round the facts of current educational defect. Research on learning motivation and self-efficiency is the most important of all non-intelligence factors. On point of positive view, this experiment has got such a result that implementing the tactics of learning motivation can improve students' learning self-efficiency based on experimental model of balanced and layered design. Selecting students of Grade 2 in Junior Middle Scholl as testees, taking self-conceiving tactics of learning motivation as independent variables and students' learning self-efficiency (sense of control, effort, ability) as dependent variables, the study gets the results as follows:â… . Implementing the tactics of motivation for learning can improve students' learning self-efficiency and achievement effectively.
