| Learning adaptability is a kind of ability characteristic which means that learners can adjust their own learning motivation and behavior initiatively according to the diversified learning condition inside and outside in order to improve their learning ability, harmonize learning psychology and behavior with diversified learning coition, acquire remarkable learning achievement.Since learning adaptability is important to students' mental health, and it is determined by the characters of university students', more and more people pay great attention to learning adaptability of the university students. Meanwhile, there has been great number of problems on learning adaptability, and lots of mental issues are caused by learning adaptability, and there have been hardly researches in the major preschool education. It is with great important to do such kind of researches according to the times and practice.This research is a case based on East China Normal University. It adopts questionnaire on the basis of a small pre-research, and then make sure 4 students to be interviewed according to the results of the questionnaires.The results are: students' thinking of the future, their attitude to the major, their attitude towards curriculum and their own learning condition are included in the influential factors on the students' individual; while elementary education, enrollment education and higher education are included in the influential factors on the educational.The recommends to the learning adaptability of the university freshmen then are: elementary education should develop diversification, pay more attention to the students' learning ability and joint between high schools and universities; high education should pay more attention to the plan of each student's learning in the university and his career life, the curriculums should emphasize on practical and specialization, and concern on the first term.
