| The graduates' education of China has made great progress in the pastfew years, the number of enrolment is on the rise per year, the key to develop graduates' education is how to ensure graduates' quality while keeping the quantity rising. In order to reach the goal of high-efficiency and high-quality, this research plans to study quality assurance from the angle of joint-force of management. In the first part, the quality viewpoint of graduates' education is given based on the background of this research, definition of related conceptions, the analysis of graduates' education essence and the demand of society's development. According to this quality viewpoint, the joint-force system of management could be formed. In the second part, the author would explain this system accurately. In the part 3, the author would study the sectors' joint-force system of management, which is related to graduates' education, and try to give some advice to ensure the quality. In the part 4, the stage's joint-force system of management would be studied and related measure to ensure high-quality would be taken. Some other details and points the author needs to improve is explained in the last part. The main methods which have been used are document analysis, talking with experts, etc.
