According to the investigation in the six primary schools selected by examinations random in Chengguan District in Lanzhou City (Gansu province in China), the paper carried on a research to the primary school teacher's occupational stress condition and its negative influence, and carried on going deep into meticulous of analysis to formation occupational stress of the source. It is putting forward to alleviate a primary school a teacher the counter plan and the suggestion from teacher's personal adaptability, school management and the society on this foundation.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is a general introduction. The end is the research method.The second part is the description about the present condition of the teacher's occupational stress in Chengguan District in Lanzhou City. The paper reflected really a primary school teacher to exist obviously inside. It has caused the negative influence for the health of primary school teacher's mind and body, and the circumstance of occupational stress source distribute was also described.The third part is the main problem and its reason analyzed.
