According to the investigation in the six primary schools selected by examinations random in Chengguan District in Lanzhou City (Gansu province in China), the paper carried on a research to the primary school teacher's occupational stress condition and its negative influence, and carried on going deep into meticulous of analysis to formation occupational stress of the source. It is putting forward to alleviate a primary school a teacher the counter plan and the suggestion from teacher's personal adaptability, school management and the society on this foundation.The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is a general introduction. It mainly includes four aspects. The first is the reason and background for the problem elaborated and the important meaning concerning to the teacher's occupation stress. The second is the purpose and the meaning of this research. The third is the related research result in our country and abroad. The end is the research method.The second part is the description about the present condition of the teacher's occupational stress in Chengguan District in Lanzhou City. The paper reflected really a primary school teacher to exist obviously inside. It has caused the negative influence for the health of primary school teacher's mind and body, and the circumstance of occupational stress source distribute was also described.The third part is the main problem and its reason analyzed. It includes the reason of the individual inner part, the cognition structure, teacher of the individual role fixed position and occupational of characteristic etc. The second is the reason of the exterior environment, including the factor of society supporting aspect and of school management aspect, such as the score of students has been paying attention to excessively, human relations, unreasonable testing and evaluating system, and the backward management method in the school management aspect. As to the society supports aspect, the teacher's economic income and social status is not high, the teacher's expectation value coming from society is more and more high, lack of fair competition environment and the system factor of needing reforming, etc.The fourth part puts forward alleviating some counter plan and suggestion for the occupational stress. It is also the most important conclusion of this study. The researcher thinks that the first, teachers should improve their own cognition structure, facing reality rightly, carrying on ego intermediation. The Second, teachers should change their own behavior, raising their own occupational technical ability, making it match with environment. The Third, the school should change the backward management method, creating harmonious human relations atmosphere, ushering in the forerunner's performance evaluation way, strengthening the occupational training. The Fourth, the nation should raise the primary school teacher's economic treatment, expelling system irregularity, creating the social environment of fair competition, allowing a teacher to flow freely. The whole societies should found together better exterior environment in which teacher occupational stress can be eased.
