The exercise behavior of adolescent students is an important field in sports psychology. There are large studies about the exercise attitude and exercise behavior of adolescent students in China at present, but the longitudinal study is few. This thesis study the exercise attitude and exercise behavior of adolescent students from two aspects: the first one is describing the exercise attitude and exercise behavior of adolescent students in a comprehensive way, and the second one is comparing the difference and the influencing factors between different age and learning level adolescent students of the exercise attitude and exercise behavior. On the base of the nine factors model of exercise attitude-behavior, this study uses the'exercise attitude scale'to test the junior students, college students and graduated students'exercise attitude and behavior. The purpose is finding out the difference about exercise attitude and behavior between different age and learning level adolescents.Results:There are differences in the model's influencing factors among different age, learning level, exercise group and gender participants.The phenomena of exercise attitude and exercise behavior is not consistency exists in different age and different learning level participants.There are significant statistic differences about behavioral habit, behavioral intention, emotion experience and behavioral control in different age and different learning level participants which participating in or not participating in exercise.The score of the model's every dimensionality is ascending along with the advance of learning level.
