After the second world war, especially after Russia launched the first man-made in 1957, World-wild evolution in teaching and education happened. In 1983."For the education in 21st century in American published. These two things showed that almost all the countries in the world were having a cause reform valuing inquiry-based learning. Since1980's , an American professor Lan·Benda held a lecture course of explora and discuss teaching method in Beijing Experiments and researches on inquiry-based ledraing happened in the basic education field of china. For example , Da dong middle school in Shanghai had STS and knowledge theory courses and role experience exploratory course. Shixi middle school in senior schools. The second middle school activities took place like mushroom after rain. Many researchers and some teachers did a lot of research in theory. The representatives of them are inquiry-based learning test and exploratory of professor Huo yipping. And inquiry-based courses of Ying Junfeng .In June ,1999.the former chairman of china Jiang Zeming's important speech in the national education meeting stressed the development of creativity and the reform of learning method. A discussion about creativity and the development of creativity started all around china .To go with the tide education chose inquiry-based learning .inquiry-based learning tries to overcome the main problem, that is the basic education and courses divorce from the real lift of the students, but have a scientific trend .Inquiry-based learning tries to change the tradition or duck-feeding.it encourages all the students to experience life, make choices by themselves and explore actively. It resects every student, their life, their instinct of exploration and their interests. It gives every students space to creat ,so that education can be done according to the instinct of students both in theory and practise , and students can go back to red life.How to carry out inquiry-based learning in Chinese teaching in senior stage? How to correct the deviation in the process of carrying out inquiry-based learning in Chinese teaching? To solve the problems above I did some exploration about inquiry-based learning in Chinese teaching .Byinuestigating the current situation of inquiry-based learning in some middle schools in Guilin, I found that there were some practical problems In my thesis, I pointed out the main eight points.1. Malpractice lies in the current Chinese college entrance examination system. The idea of department in charge of education should be updated.2. the idea of some Chinese teachers is out of date. Some radical teachers feel helpless in the teaching...
