Different training level athletes have different physical function level and different function changing character, athletes'physical and biochemical index also change in correspondence with it, so biochemical index basis value and indexes'changing character after load of deferent training level athletes can reflect function level and training level of athletes, these biochemical character can offer theoretical basis for Canoe/Kayak athletes selection , training load controlling ,training effect evaluation. This thesis study basis value of certain biochemical index (HB,CK,CK-MB,BUN,T) of man Canoe/Kayak athletes on different training level and its changing character after physiological load of exercise, analyzes difference between excellent and ordinary athletes ,discusses biochemical index functional character and applying value of index in Canoe/Kayak athletes selection and function evaluation ,hope to offer theoretical basis for Canoe/Kayak sport training, improve training effect, minimize sport diseases.This thesis experiment with 20 male Canoe/Kayak athletes, measure and statistically analysis HB,CK,BUN,T foundation value of excellent and ordinary athletes before and after winter training ,the HB,CK,BUN restored value After a week great physiological load of exercises, CK,CK-MB morning value, load value and restored value before and after quota load. compare and analysis deference between excellent and ordinary group, compare and research indexes'deference in group before and after winter training ,analysis and discuss its difference .This experiment results as follows:1. the HB foundation value of outstanding group is higher than the ordinary group dramatically ,while the value of BUN lower .Showing : the foundation value of HB, T and BUN may be good index for Canoe/Kayak athletes selection.2. The comparison of foundation value in each group before and after winter training indicated: after winter training, the HB foundation value of outstanding group remarkably elevates; The BUN foundation value of ordinary group remarkablyelevates, and T descends greatly after winter training. Explaining that HB,BUN,T foundation value comparison in group between before and after a period of load may evaluate the rowing athletes'training level. He who with higher serum HB,T foundation value, lower BUN have higher training level .3. After a week great physiological load of exercises, the HB restored value of the outstanding group is much higher than the ordinary group remarkably(p<0.01); the BUN, CK restored value are lower than the ordinary group dramatically .showing that serum HB, BUN, CK restored value can be very good index for appraisal on rowing athletes'restored state and training level. He who with higher serum HB foundation value, lower BUN,CK value restored better and have higher training level.4. After 65% intensity dynamometer special endurance quota load, next morning CK-MB value of outstanding group have restored, but the CK-MB value of ordinary group was still much higher than the peaceful value remarkably(p<0.01). Showing that CK-MB restored value may be a good index to evaluate athletes' restored condition and training level. He who with lower CK-MB serum restored value have higher training level., otherwise lower.
