The new curriculum for physical education and health in high school provides many chances for PE teaching. With it, PE teachers can make full use of human resources of high school sports to develop their teaching further, which will have a positive effect on PE course. Through examples and questionnaire survey, this paper started an investigation that focuses on understanding of development and utilization of human resources of high school sports and resourses outside school. It analyzes cooperation and teamwork among school students and their ability to adapt to society, so as to give some advice on the issue. And the achievements of the paper are as follows:First, Fujian PE teachers' understanding of the standard of curriculum for physical education and health is clear, but they have little idea about the concept of human resources for high school sports.Second, Fujian PE teachers can always use the resources of their stuff room. However, they seldom make full use of the resourses of head teachers, school hospital and the resources that are outside school such as, coaches outside, sports instructors in communities. As to extra-curricular activities, they take advantage of the resources of Students' Union and Youth League. And they build good relationship with their students and school leaders in applying curriculum for physical education and health.Third, students are more interested in current new sports program. They take an active part in it but not have enough sports activities, or less than an hour a day. Meanwhile, parents seldom take part in extra-curricular activities with the students or guide them. The Fujian Community are poor in community sports conduction, so students rarely participate in community sports, though they are keen to do it.Fourth, high school students in the PE classes can protect, encourage and communicate with each other, and serve their team well. They are better at solving problems and adapting to society than before.
