With the development of football tactics and techniques, the football match becomes more and more competitive. Today, football players are diverting much more attention to the heading when combating on the field, because the heading is the point to score. But through my research, I found we attach importance to theory than practice on the subject. So I analyzed nine footplayers'header with high-speed camera. According to the sports biomechanics study and combining qualitative and quantitative analysis of the talented football players'techniques of frontal header and side header with take-off from both feet in order to reveal the statics, kinematics, mechanics, and biomechanics features of the techniques. Results: The major muscle groups that finish the frontal header and side header with take-off from both feet are different from each other. The movement of side header is mainly finished by one side muscle groups. The joint's movement of both techniques is regular that the bigger joint moves before smaller joints'movement. To keep the balance of the body, firstly, the amount external force is 0; secondly, the amount external movement of force is 0. Both techniques used the arms, it's very important to the accomplishment. The waistline and thigh circumference are the main factors that affect the ball speed of frontal header. However, not only thigh circumference, waistline, neck circumference and body weight are the main factors that effect the ball speed of side header, but hip circumference is correlative . The top ball speeds and the forces of heading in frontal header are faster and bigger than the side header's top ball speeds and forces. In the frontal header, head's linear acceleration is the most important factor, the waist-coxa average angular acceleration and the neck angular acceleration are also correlative, besides, the waist-coxa average angular degree and the both knee's angular degree are correlative but not significant. In the side header, head's linear acceleration, the back coxa angular acceleration and neck angular acceleration are the main factors that affect the force of heading. Since the feature of joint's movement. Both knee's angular accelerations in two techniques are different from each other.
