Learning burnout reflect the negative learning psychology of contemporary undergraduates. It matters directly to the current undergraduates' learning quality. The research reviews abroad and home studies on learning burnout, then selects 1036 undergraduates of different majors from 6 colleges in Nanjing by the method of questionnaire. At the same time, researcher selects typical case to interview. The purpose of this research is to study the condition and the influencing factors of learning burnout, and then advanced several strategies to abate this phenomenon. The conclusions are as follows:(1)The learning burnout level of undergraduates is comparatively high. About 37. 5% undergraduates have the learning burnout phenomenon. i(2)There are significant grade differences in the general burnout,the level of emotional turndown and behavior inadequacy. The learning burnout level of the freshman is the lowest of all grades. There is no significant difference between sophomores,juniors and seniors.(3) There are significant gender differences in the general burnout and the level of emotional turndown. Male students are higher than females at the level of learning burnout and male students' emotion is lower.(4) There are significant major differences in the general burnout and the level of reduced personal accomplishment. The burnout level of science and engineering is higher than liberal arts,arts and PE.(5) There is significant difference in the learning burnout level concerned with academic achievement. The lower achievers have higher learning burnout level.(6) In terms of school difference, teachers' university students are higher than others in the general burnout and the level of reduced personal accomplishment, but there is no difference between key university and common university.(7)There are significant differences in eight influencing factors between high learning-burnout students and low learning-burnout students and there are six significant influencing factors: learning initiative,the interest in major, learning manner,anxiousness,self-efficacy and job pressure.
