The Research On Current Situation Of Track And Field Coaches In Physical Culture School And Sustainable Development In The North Of Jiangsu Province

The coaches are direct organizers and managers who take the main task on training athletes and playing a important role in achieving match and training target.So to set up a coach team of higher level,qulity and morality has been a key links of sports traning and management.Track and field sport is the basis of the other items .The popularization and the raising of track and field plays a important role in strengthening the physique of the Chinse nation and the level of track and field sports ,especially the whole sports .In the large-scale games ,the number of medals in track and field has developed into forty-six items. So there is a fact that the country which gets track and field is dominator.As is proved some provinces and cities whose standard of competition sports are strong are ones in track and field.The level of Jiangsu province in track and field is intermediate compared with the other province ,but it got a good results:The women team won first place and the man team won second place.The good score has a relative to coachs.By means of documents, datas, investigation ,systematic ,analysis ,logical analysis and mathematical statistics, the paper investigates track and field coaches in the north of Jiangsu province on educational background structure, age structure, knowledge strcture and so on and finds out some facts as follows:(1)The track and field coaches in the north of province have great enterprise and sense of responsibility.(2)There is a rational age structure at which the coachs with age 36-45 are more. (3)The level of educational background is lower: Only a coach is postgraduate and more coaches are junior education.(4)The professional title structure is not reasonable:The coaches with senior and intermediate professional title are few while professional title are more.(5)The basic ability is better but training ability can not meet the aquirement of scientific training.(6)The situation of continuing education is worse:The chance on the job training is little and the gradation is lower.According to the facts the paper puts forward constructive suggestion on how to improve the level of track and field coaches and the suggestion can be providedd for related department to make policy.So we believe the level of track and field sportes in Jiangsu province will step into a higher stage soon.
