Research learning is the Ministry of Education in January 2000 and promulgated the"ordinary senior full-time courses (test revised version),"as a comprehensive practical activities plate. It is as a program rationale, a new requirement will eventually be assigned to specific educational practice.Although the research learning does not limited to subjects of knowledge, but now it could not split open to all subjects. It can be said that research learning would be conducted from teaching all subjects, but rather must rely on the quality of teaching. Thus, the Chinese subject as multi-media language learning and basic disciplines, is particularly important in the research learning. Chinese teachers are the key.Through analyses literature ,the topic a language teacher in a secondary school in the understanding of the research study results and guidance on the basis of experience, the typical case-by-case analysis of the survey. Through investigation and study to obtain a typical case-by-case analysis, combined with the school's practice senior research learning of the role of Chinese teachers made more systematic exploration and research, hoping the statute, study guide for secondary school teachers can provide some help.This paper is divided into six parts :The first part is an overview of this study, background and significance, the main method of the study. The second part presents learning and teaching position in the research learning of the status. Research Study specifically defined "research program" introduced by learning and teaching methods, Research programs, features, as well as teachers in the position of Research Learning Research. The third part is to investigate and analysis the status of the Chinese teachers in the study of the role of research. The fourth part ,specific analysis the role of Chinese teachers in the study in choosing topics,implementation and finished these three stages. The fifth part ,according to the existing problems and difficulties in the study,put forward Chinese teachers the effectiveness of measures to guide the study. Part VI is the conclusion of this study.
