In this article the task, target, content, affect of psychology education of middle school students and the current psychological situation of students in China are stated. The process of development for Psychology Education in schools in both China and abroad, and the general situation of the development for Psychology Education in schools in western provinces and Guizhou Province, China are introduced. From reality of the development of psychology education in the capital city of Guizhou Province, Guiyang City, to the principle of random, with stratified sampling, 800 students and 150 teachers from 15 schools of Guiyang City were surveyed with the form of questionnaires and interview. Readers can know about Psychology Education carried out among the middle school students in Guiyang City, which includes all kinds of opinions, school organization installations, the establishment of the management systems, the quality of teachers, the promotion of Psychology Education, and the requirement of Psychology Education from the teachers and the students. With the questionnaires and investigations, and the analysis materials after interviewing the teachers and students from different schools, readers will see that a certain amount of achievement and experience of Psychology Education in the middle schools of Guiyang City has been made. However, there is lack of consciousness, lack of normalized management, shortage of teachers, and profession deficiency and so on. On the base of the achievement and experience of recent Psychology Education carried out in middle schools of Guiyang City, the problems which appear during the practical work and harmful trends are pointed out in this article, and the factors which restrict the promotion of Psychology Education of middle schools in Guiyang. Therefore, according to the comprehensive analysis of the investigation, proceeding from the actual situation of middle schools in Guiyang City, improvement and development strategy is suggested for setting up correct consciousness of Psychology Education, normalizing systematic management, putting up reasonable and controllable estimate system, drawing into and cultivating teacher resource of Psychology Education and strengthening cooperation with professional academy.
