P.E major of normal universities is the cradle which cultivate teacher for the middle school. So the students of P.E major of normal universities not only grasp the skill, normal technological skill of movement, but also have good psychological quality in order to meet future sports teaching, and as a model for others. Since Heider has created attribution theory in 1958 that start an upsurge of attribution theory in social psychology field. But because the research of attribution theory start relatively late in China, the theory a few less apply in P.E. field. According to attribution theory, student will use various information, and the reason to one's own study. The attribution will cause expecting and psychological change of the emotion while influence students' learning motivation and achievement motivation. The new behavior will cause the psychological attribution, thus form a kind of benign or vicious circle. Attribution training is through certain training routine, change the attribution style, promote form a positive emotion and expectation, and offer a new way for strengthen achievement motivation, correct a sense of inferiority, and enhance physical and mental health. This study though test football class of 2005 of Guangxi Normal University, we drew up"Questionnaire about Attribution of Success and Failure of College Students'Football Skill Learning of P.E.". The questionnaire taking minor of professional football of P.E major of normal universities as the point, and taking students'experience of situation of success or failure of football examination. We gain the date and analyze processing use SPSS12.5 though about three month attribution training teachings intervene to 29 students of class of 2005 of Guangxi Normal University.The paper's main investigation aspects:⑴drew up"Questionnaire about Attribution of Success and Failure of College Students'Football Skill Learning of P.E.";⑵attribution cognition of examination's success and failure of football minor of P.E major of normal university;⑶influence to attribution cognition of P.E student;⑷influence of attribution training to achievement motivation and college student's test achievements of P.E.;⑸probe into the way and content of attribution training;⑹study case.Experimental study and conclusion:⑴Thought analyzed the"Questionnaire about Attribution of Success and Failure of College Students'Football Skill Learning of P.E.", we gained a conclusion: these students'attributions are different. Success because"teacher","effort","luck","ability","help"; failure because"bad state","effort and tactics","interesting","influence from teacher","help", etc.. This shows, the students'attribution style has a lot of problem, so we should put attribution training for students and improve the style.⑵Through attribution training, during situation of success, experiment group's attribution style transformed"effort and tactics", compare with comparison group, we find"effort and tactics"has remarkable difference.⑶Through attribution training that will promote seek achievement motivation and reduce failure achievement.⑷Attribution training have conducive to the promotion of football achievement, but the achievement is cannot as the only test target.⑸From the case analysis, we should pay more attention that different student we put different method.⑹We should combine others mental skill training method with attribution training that promote the effect of attribution training.
