| Based on the methodology of the dialectical materialism,this articleanalyzes and studies generally the time, space and players,etc towards games of thechinese team in the 15th world men's basketball championship and of world powerfulbasketball teams though research methods such as document and date research, videoobserving statistics, mathematic statistics,comparative analysis method,logical analysismethod and expert investigative method,ect: This article will take comparativeresearches to those factors primarily influcing offending quality so as to serve chineseteam and find out the existing problems.The research result indicates: (1) With overallplaying as the leading role, the relative balance of offense and defense is the generalltrend of world basketball development.However, Chinese team holds Yao Ming as thecore and relys too much on him. This strategy system doesn't take full advantage of thepotential and capability of all the players and doesn't merge with the world basketballdevelopment.(2)World powerful teams could control the game time reasonably. Theirusages conform with their basic conditons and technique and strategy characters. Theycombine fast attacks and positonal play together and have aboudant rythmicalchanges.Therefore they are in an active role in games all the time.However, chinese teamuses a slow rythm for a long time and organizes offense step by step. So it falls intopassive condions. (3)World powerful teams make use of the time and space inbasketball court very reasonably.Scattering scoring position is an importantfeature;making use of the simplest strategic basis, they could form an advantage bypower play. (4)The height of the world basketball powers is featured with appropriatedistribution of various heights;the age is featured with proper distribution of variousages.Chinese team has already attained world basketball powers'basic height and age.(5)Under powerful offensive denfense,failing in resolving the offending problems is oneof the leading reasons that it lost in the world men's basketball championship;thequantity of the fast attacks from chinese team lags behind a lot,compared with theopponents.Moreover, the difference of the quantity of success,the gap of score and fastattacks after stealing is very obvious; scoring could only be attributed to receive and shoot,play by oneself and free throw.Scoring method is simple and unscattered;strategicoffenses lag behind the opponent obviously.Both free throw after active offense andrebound control could not defeat the rivals.The stealing and offense succeedingpercentage also fall behind. The offense efficiency lags more behind;the number of two-piont shot lags behind the opponent while the field goal percentage ranks a little higherthan opponent.The number of three-point shot is similar, but the field goal percentage isobviously different;chinese team's front court rebound falls behind the opponentapparently.However, the second offense scoring is a little higher;chinese team's assistslags behind a lot;chinese team's stealing lags behind a lot;chinese team's turnoversdistingguish a lot with opponents.According to the basic theories of basketball, I advocate the following suggestionsbased on some research results: (1)We should learn basketball theories, masterbasketball rules and learn from American or European theories or experiences. And wecould walk on our own way which is suitable for Chinese players. (2) Under theinstruction of right basketball theories, we should promote using and replying ability ofthe basic techniques and strategies. And we should improve the quality of usage oftechniques and strategies.(3)During the training and games, the control and use of thetime and space should be in line with the character of Chinese team. We must adjust thecountermeasures accordingly so as to control the games. (4)we should hold Yao Ming'sleadership and take full advantage of each, player's capability so as to realize the effectof playing the basketball through overall force. (5)We should intensify the ability andquality of using the techniques and strategies in fierce competetion. The offense couldbe more reasonable, pragmatic and aggressive through the high quality of techniquesand strategies. (6) We should promote the various capacities related with offense.Especially we could create more chance to offend and shoot under the fierce defenseand improve the offense efficiency and field goal percentage; We should improve thecontrol of rebound and the ability of stealing and decrease the turnovers. We mustenhance the usage of skills specifically.
