Nowadays, strengthening mental diathesis education of college students is an important topic for high education in the new century. But the school and society have not paid more attention to mental diathesis education of postgraduates. Strengthening mental diathesis education of postgraduates is beneficial of improving whole quality for students in the new century. In order to know the mental diathesis condition of contemporary postgraduates, we made a survey among postgraduates at school.A "Survey of Postgraduates' Mental Diathesis Condition" has revealed the contemporary postgraduates self awareness, lifestyle, learning attitude and motivation, interpersonal communication, love attitude, job-hunting and social adapt ability. The survey indicates that there still exist different kinds of psychological predicament among postgraduates though they are in general healthy in terms of ideological outlook, mentality and social behavior. Their healthy growth will be seriously hindered if such psychological predicament is not corrected and guidance is not offered in time. The title aims at the presentation of mental diathesis education for postgraduates and analyzes the features, problems and means of mental diathesis education.To tackle the problem, a flexible and effective psychological service mechanism for postgraduates should be set up; the characteristic of postgraduates' mental diathesis should be explored in order to promote the psychological health of postgraduates.
