Sanda is an important part of Chinese Wushu. With the increasing international communication in the recent years, a series of fighting dual meets have taken place between Sanda and a variety of foreign fighting skills such as Thai boxing, karate and free style fighting and great achievements have been gained. The athletes of Sanda, during the communication with antagonists in other countries, have effectively shown the world the extraordinary strength and unique merits of Chinese Kungfu. Meanwhile, some shortcomings have been revealed, especially in the attack, while in actual combats, the use of skills such as footwork and defense is for the sake of better attack. It is said that the attacking skills are the main part of Sanda skills, the quality of which is related to the fighting directly. This thesis starts with the attacking skill in Sanda, focuses on the fist method, the leg method and the wrestling method. It collects and researches a number of videos and relevant materials about the fighting dual meets of China and other countries and uses the statistical approach, logic analysis, expert interviewing and other methods to analyses the specific application of various attacking skills in Sanda. At the same time, through the comparison with foreign antagonists, the thesis finds out the gains and losses of the use of Sanda skills and takes measures about the improvement of training accordingly. Besides, it provides theoretical support for the further advancement and development of Sanda skills and the enhancement of the influence of Chinese Kungfu in the world.Survey has shown that in the three attacking skills of Sanda, kicking, beating and wrestling, kicking is mostly used while wrestling tends to be the most successful. Compared with their foreign antagonists, fighters in Sanda are more flexible and have more skills in attacking. Especially they have obvious advantages in the wrestling method and side-kicking and get more scores by reaching certain part of the enemy's body. However, there is still a long way in the violence and force of attacking compared with foreign antagonists. These are mainly shown in the following.First, on the fist method: Most athletes have comparatively rough skills, and their movements during fighting are not coherent, especially the weakness while fighting against the enemy closely.Second, on the leg method: The problem of the lacking of force and violence exists, and the sequential action following side-kicking tends to be slow and pale. Third, on wrestling method: Though it is the strong skill of Sanda, the rules of the usages have been gradually handled by the foreign antagonists. Therefore, this method needs renovating in skills. This thesis has brought about some correlative suggestions for the concrete solutions of these problems, for instance, improving the violence and force of boxing by mending the single action and arranging the force training, improving the effect of kicking by enhancing the leg training and increasing the use of front-kicking, focusing on both exercise and renovation to enrich wrestling methods, and meanwhile improving athletes'skills in using"continuous trips"to maintain the advantages of quick wrestling in the world and so on. With the perfection of attacking skills and the enhancement of its effects on fighting, those suggestions will promote the development of all kinds of skills in Sanda .This thesis circles Wushu training, from a global angle analyses both the advantages and disadvantages of Sanda, and emphasizes on the improvement and enhancement of Sanda. Therefore, all the judgments are based on the actual combats in order to gain actual effects instantly, and give up the useless comments and lengthy disputation.
