It can meet community members'requirements of entertainment, body-practisingand interactive successively, meanwhile, it also brings great happiness to the members in their free time. So community members pay more attention to this. But according to many materials, the development of a lot of places of community's sports work is still not fully up to expectations and fails to achieve the anticipated goal, there exists" three difficult", such as lack of facilities, participating in rate of talent and low resident of special sports. The schools have sufficient field facilities, a large amount of knowledge and experienced sports teachers. If they do a good job of the development of sports of the schools, we can solve the phenomenon in short supply of the sports talent and facilities, we can also improve the quantity of the sports population of our country, promote the popularization of sports, promote the development of nationwide fitness programs, accelerate the process with socialized sports. So rational interchanging between the community's sports and sports of school, which influence each other, advance each other and promote each other from merging in idea to the system, will make entire nation bodybuilding of the school and community develop widely, and build the bridge of mutual benefit and reciprocity, which will make the implementation of the outline of the entire nation body-building plan reach a new stage. However, there are a great deal of questions in the course of the fusion of community's sports and sports of school of Puyang of Henan Province, which have influenced its better development. So it is the important subject demanding urgently to be studied at present to carry on the deep discussion to the current situations and promote the exchanging between the community's sports and sports of school of Puyang of our province.This article uses research approaches such as literature ways, questionnaire ways, case-analytic ways, logic ways, mathematics ways etc to probe into the function in exchanging between the community's sports and school sports, reserve the present situation of the community's sports and school sports of Puyang in henna province, we have known community's sports of Puyang and sports of school are interdynamic and deficient in management, have not corresponding organizational leadership structure, their common connections have been finished through the zealot of the sport activities of both sides with communicating. The field facilities of community's sports and sports of school hardly exist interdynamically. The field opening to the outside world mostly utilizes the nationwide fitness programs route and fitness garden built up with public welfare fund of sports lottery, the school field facility hardly open to the outside world, it isn't better to realize resource-sharing, complementary advantages and rational utilization. The problem of insufficient sports talent exists, it is a kind of general phenomenon that the P.E teachers of school are invited as the coaches, the professional personages have been hardly drilled by coach of school.Analyzing interactive current situation of school and community of sports in Puyang City of Henna province, summarizing problems in interactive situation: At present ,concept of sports of school falls behind in Puyang, administration of school is not better, safety doesn't ensure; Consciousness of sports is light in community resident , sports of community is lack of manages, common body-building space facilities is deficient; sports of School and sports of community are short of touching of organization administration in interactive process and propagate. To all above problems, the author proposes the relevant countermeasures of development: In Puyang city , firstly, improving the understandings, reaching on consensus on carrying out demand of People-oriented and setting up lifelong sports; secondly, further building perfect system , perfecting management system, it is guarantee in realizing school sports and community in fusion and interactive;thirdly, promoting the harmonious development of school sports and community sports, through the opening of the school playground, establishment of clubs and so on; finally,reinforcing reform and innovative, driving development of school sports socialize and production.The purpose of this article is to provide the countermeasures for the national organization of community sport and school sport interaction; formulate the principles and policies for function leading department, guide the development of interactive integration of city community sport and school sport in henna province, provide theoretical and practical reference, so it is of important theoretical significance and the certain value.
