Exploration of Reflective Initial or Pre-service Teacher Education in ChinaReflective teacher education is the the main stream of international teacher education. What is reflective teacher? Many of education researchers don't concord in the definition of the reflective teacher. We can undstand the reflective teacher from object, levels and course of reflection. Reflective teacher is positive critical reflective man, action researcher of the teaching practice, constructer of personal education knowledge and evidencer of the teacher and students'subjectivist. Initial or pre-service teacher education can promote professional development of teachers. It can also promote moving of new curriculum reform in China.It is feasible to teach initial or pre-service teacher how to reflect. Many of foreign experts and scholars have improved that initial or pre-service teacher can reflect by education. They can reflect existing education ideas or personal practice. They can develop reflective ability by self-reflecting, reviewing with other classmate or theoretical studying.There are some baffling factors of reflective initial or pre-service teacher education in China. Initial or pre-service teachers know very litter about how to teach students and how to reflect. Many of initial or pre-service teachers dislike to reflect and don't know how to reflect.At last, this paper discusses the reformation of initial or pre-service teacher education in order to developing reflective teacher by learning the models of reflective teacher education in foreign. There are four countermeasures. Teacher education university should reinforce students' reflective awareness, professional self-development of teachers awareness and subjectivist awareness. Teacher education university should design teacher education curriculum: reasonable, reinforce students to attain and accumulate teaching practice knowledgy and mould reflective personality.
