The 21st century is an era in which the new technical development changes quickly every day. The development of our society, more and more talents who are with lofty ideals, integrity, knowledge and a strong sense of discipline are requested badly especially those who have the synthesis professional abilities and those who are working on the first line of produce, service, technology and management. But in realistic society, actually, there are a large number of workers who don't match the requests of the development of society. It has restricted the socialistic construction of our country in certain degree. So the social development requests vocational schools to set up correct school ideas, change the rigid education patterns, improve the students' evaluation system and promote the qualities of vocational school students. This article is based on such time background and proposes a conception to create a certain evaluation system for the vocational school students.The article consists of 5 parts. In the first part,â… elaborated the significance of researching the evaluation system of vocational school students which is based on the present situation and the development tendency of old evaluation system. In the second part,â… analyzed some key questions which exist in the present evaluation system of vocational school students according to the investigation and statistics of it. In the third part,â… introduced the theory of multiple intelligences and defined the evaluation criterion of vocational school students. In the fourth part I defined how to give the evaluation target--according to the experts' records, and then the evaluation targets can be established. The last part is summary and forecast.
