The Characteristics And Development Trend Of Scoring In Modern Soccer Competition

With the development of the modern soccer, the world soccer graduallytakes on new development trend, namely, increasing intense attack and defense, themagnified scope of attack and defense, athlete's diversified technique and tactics. Thesenew trends contribute to the new change in attack and defense of members in everyposition in the soccer field and making the characteristic of scoring more prominent.The success of soccer competition depends on the performance of the overall team,which can manifest the characteristic of scoring.Along with the mutual exchange and fusion among world soccer, the gap betweenthe soccer team is more and more narrowed down. The competition is more and moreintense; the speed is more and more quick, especially the quickened Conversion betweenattack and defense, which is the main direction of development of modern soccertechnique and tactics. The scoring is the focus of attack and defense, which will be thedifficulty word-wide forever. However, the World Cup soccer competition manifestsdirectly or guides the development of modern soccer, and,it is a window to analyze thecharacteristic and development of world soccer competition. Thus it is argued that theWorld Cup represents the development trend of modern soccer. Through analyzing thewhole scoring by 32 teams in 64 competitions in the 18th World Cup held in German, aswell as the comparison of characteristics of scoring in World Cup and European Cup,this paper finds out the basis characteristics of scoring in modern soccer and thedevelopment trend of the soccer techniques and tactics in the future, simultaneously,puts forward some suggestions for Chinese soccer in order to improve the soccer levelin our country and makes itself the reference to practice and training.By the comprehensive use of literature review, expert interview, questionnaire,record-observing, statistics, comparison, this study analyzes the basic characteristics ofscoring in final competition in the 18th World Cup, the main elements which influencethe scoring and the relation between application of attack tactics by teams and.thescoring. It comes to the following conclusions:1, 129 points have been gained in the 64 competitions in the 18th World Cup finalcompetition (exclude 5 own goals, 13 for the total of penalty kicks), with a meanscoring of 2.02. Two areas (penalty area) and one area (goal area) are the main area for scoring. The scoring is more in the second half than in the first half; the number ofscoring in the second half grows gradually with the time pass by and last until theovertime competition, meanwhile there exists the potentiality of losing the score, inaddition, the main way of scoring is shoot by foot. Additionally, scoring by head hasbeen becoming the main way of scoring overhead, which makes the soccer step forward.The scoring ability of the forward directly influences the scores of the team; the attackof the advance guard and rear guard has been the main scoring way for every team,which renders the soccer to develop towards the balance between attack and defense.The main means of attack in the competition is by middle, but the skill of placementshot. has become the indispensable tactic in modern soccer, and the number of scoringby placement is increasing. Therefore, the training directed to the attack and defense ofplacement should be emphasized. The number of passing the ball before scoring is:1,0,2. It is rather rare to pass the ball 6 times before scoring. Failure in man-to-man defense,loops in the shooting routine and failure in getting the point lead to lose the score, at thesame time produce the opportunity for scoring.2, By the statistical analysis of the shooting times, scoring rate, it is concluded thatbeing offended is the main factor to determine the number of scoring, while the numberof scoring is the main criterion to judge the level of a team.3, The tactic pattern model used in the 18th World Cup final competition is:placement is the sharpest weapon for scoring; individual attack tactic is the key factor increating the scoring opportunity; the whole attack tactic shooting is the guidingprinciple for scoring; anti-offside is the beneficial supplement for scoring.4, The characteristics of scoring in the 18th World Cup final competition are:strengthen attack on the basis of firm defense; fasten the passing. The characteristicsand development trend of tactics in modern soccer competition are: the similarity of thecharacteristics of tactics, the comprehensive ability of the player, the special importanceof key position, the timely attack, the effective attack from sides and ability of mid-fieldplayers. The success trend of modern soccer team is mainly reflected in: unique teamstyle, more comprehensive ability of the player, the effective attack, successfulplacement, the mentality of the player suitable to the tactic requirement of any scenes.Team spirit and tactic principles are important to the success of the team.
