The study is made on the basis of Yingdou School, one of Peasant-Workers'Children's School in Suzhou. The paper analyzes the characteristics of students in Peasant-Workers'Children's School, it also expounds the process and results of the study, it analyzes the students with higher or lower learning motivation, it tries to promote the learning motivation of Peasant-Workers'Children's School Students, it also gives some advice.Achievement Motivation, Self-efficacy, Aspiration, Family factors and School factors are five aspects of this study. The result shows that achievement motivation is the most important factor, which influences the learning motivation of Peasant-Workers'Children's School Students, then Self-efficacy, Family factors, Aspiration and School factors. Achievement motivation is the theoretical basis of this paper, it provides theoretical proof in analyzing students with higher or lower learning motivation in Peasant-Workers'Children's School. In addition, the study does comparative analysis of this school's students'learning motivation from sex and grade aspects.Finally, it needs our efforts to promote the learning motivation of Peasant-Workers'Children's School Students, and also needs a process.
