Women Skilled Basketball Development Situation And Strategy Research Of Liaoning Ordinary University

The quantity of good athletes and the sport level of Liaoning province which is famous for its sports traditionally lie in the front around China. The development of combination of sport and education has been implemented among several colleges in Liaoning province. The goal has been settled to cultivate the world class athletes. It is a beneficial attempt and exploration for the sport department to expend the basic sport human resource toward the college students on the bases of education, in the long run. Lots kinds of sports have been developed among the universities in Liaoning province on practical thought. Good result and athletes with high sport level and higher education have also been obtained. But the sex-unbalanced problem still exists in the cultivation of basketball athletes. Especially, the expenditure on the female basketball is insufficient. Ten universities which have the characteristic of representatives have been chosen to be studied in order to improve the female basketball level in Liaoning province, look for the potential athletes in campus and expand the cultivation way of high level basket ball athletes. Law of documents and material, questionnaire investigation method and expert's investigation method have been adopted in this article to investigate the status of athletic basketball among the ten universities. The result shows that: basketball is one of the most popular sports among the female students. And the basketball plays a very important role in the campus cultural construction, improvement of student health and the development of national people's health. But the situation of basketball development in Liaoning province is not very good. And the problem has been an barrier towards the female basketball development. The main issues are the followings: 1.the thought towards the team construction is not specified. 2. the potential basketball human resource is insufficient. 3. the conflict between the study and the training of the athletes. 4. the devotion to the high education basketball teachers and coaches is limited. 5. the fees for the training and match are insufficient.The status of current female basketball development, training and management system should be analyzed carefully according to the insufficient by the investigation. Specify the thought of the sport team construction and strengthen the cultivation of potential human resource. Arrange study and training scientifically, cultivate compound university students with high qualities. Improve the coach status in university. Construct and consummate the system of female basketball players. The scientific reference for the female basketball team construction has been brought forward in this article.
