Since 1980's, as to the defects of only pursuing enrollment quotas, quality education reformation is put forward. However, quality education reformation is not conducted at the same pace. It begins with basic education, then regarded in college. The unmatching and disharmony make college and basic quality education reformation disjointed.Especially, college is the"machine tool"of the basic education, is adjoining in school education. College physical education is an important part of school education, is the cradle of fostering physical education teachers. Specialty teaching is a main position of conducting quality education. The conditions of conducting quality education influence the reformation of basic education and talents fostering directly. So the study about quality education and college physical education specialty reformation is vital.The paper uses literature and questionary the discovers that the disjunction in specialty teaching of college physical education and middle school physical education teaching. It shows that the technology quality is lagged behind, the human quality is run off and the innovation quality is deficiency. And then put forward 37 questions and made the questionary about technological quality, innovative quality, investigate 570 students from 3 Normal University.The investigations show that it cannot be optimistic about quality education which conducted in the specialty teaching of college physical education. There are one third of those 37 questions. The rate of their utilization is beyond 50%, most of others questions'utilization is just occasional or never, especially for technology quality and innovation quality. Among them sports experiments in contests of technology quality and direct sense of technological movements by using multimedia, of which the rate of utilization is 21.4% and 26.3%. In the comparison between senior classes and junior classes, the junior classes'technological quality is higher than senior oneses, but there's no much difference between them in human quality. The multi-intelligence of innovation quality in senior class is higher than junior ones. The degree of conducting them is different and the development of quality education is not balanced.The survey also shows there's some points worth being praised in specialty teaching and human quality is conducted well, the attitudes towards analeptic in sports moral is especially good. The rate of utilization of"never"is 74.3%. We respect and cultivate students'main body consciousness. The rate of the utilization of"often"is 62.7% and 54.4%. Non-intelligent elements show better in teaching."Cultivating interests""courage""will"the rate of the utilization of"often"is 64.7%, 64.3% and 57.3%.The aims of the investigation is to look for the ways of conducting quality education, improving teaching quality and changing the disjunction in specialty teaching of college physical education and middle school physical education and cultivate excellent talents for basic education and society. The paper analyzes the results of the investigations and put forward some own advices to deal with the disjunction. We also know only once investigation cannot solve all problems and quality education doesn't only include school education and include family education, social education as well. So discuss and think about some aspects in quality education and hope to awaken that quality education can blend into specialty teaching.
