The studying object of this thesis is 30 English prepositions. It aimsat Mongolian middle school students' English teaching and makes everyeffort to seek out some English preposition teaching methods being fit tothe Mongolian middle school students.The introduction part gives the reasons for singling out this topic anddescribes the general concerned study situation of English preposition(including both in Chinese and Mongolian), the ways to dealing with theproblems.Chapter one has introduced the current English preposition teachingsituation of middle school, it means, this part has introduced theproblems that exists in nowadays English preposition teaching and thereasons that these problems existing.Chapter two have summed up some English preposition teachingmethods being fit to Mongolian middle school students by inquiring intomethod suchas investigation, experimentation and formalization method.Chapter three has explained the specific teaching of singleprepositions and preposition phrases in detail.Chapter four has recommended the teaching of English prepositionswhich are easy to be mixed.The ending part of the thesis includes contents such as summarizingand postscript etc.
