In the following studies, the author are always with the students whenere in the studies or livings . The process of teachers education punishment was registered. At the same time ,the individual interview and questionnaire surrey were made so as to collect a lot of original datas and informations . With too many impersonal and genuine informations the author did qualitative and quantitave analisis. The conclusion was followed :1. The penalty ways adopted by high school teachers are common penalities , Substitute penalities ,deprived penalities ,applied penalities and mental penalities .The students accept common penalities ,but the can't accept the applied or mental penalities.2. When the students accept punishment ,the negative experience would be followed . After some time ,above half of the students will produce a positive motion experience .3. Teacher's punishment to student behavior has obvious sex difference and also have more obvious difference to the student of difference identity and position .4. Teacher's punishmenta are always in the behavious which are related with studying adaptations and morals .5. Teacher's punishments in different situation give two different influences to teachers ,they are positive influences and negative influences.
