The Kinematics Analysis On Our Country Partial Outstanding Male Triple Jump Athletes' Technique Of Three Jumps

Analyzing and diagnosing the technique of the triple jump has the important significance for improving the overall level of the triple jump of our country. This article carries on the scientific research on the male triple jump by designating first four athletes who has outstanding achievement, which participating in the male triple jump contest of 2005"Jiang Lan Cup"National Track and Field Grand Prize Series Match (YiXing Station) as research objects, adopting a JVC9800 high speed cameras by the speed of 50 f/s to take synchronously, using German SIMI_motion video recording analysis system to analyze the portraits. The results as follows: (1)The body of gravity of the research object rise and fall greatly in the last step which is running, which has not the characteristics of" run to jump", which speed of running in the last step lower significantly than outside athletes, the absolute speed need to raise;(2)The angle of touchdown is smaller in the moment of single foot jump touch downing ,angle of two legs is bigger partially; the range of stretching knee of 4 research objects is smaller partially, when their knee stretch to leave the ground, angle of take-off is to be partial to small partially, angle of two legs is smaller partially, angle of take-off and stretch of 3 athletes have not within the range of -3°-8°except Lin Mujie, time of stretching of 4 research objects are partial to short.(3)In the stage of striding jump, the angle of touchdown and ante version to be partial to small of 4 research objects, in the moment of the take-off leg touching ground; when the take-off leg buffering, angle of knee,hip,ankle are to be partial to small; angle of take-off is to be partial to small; buffering time,stretching time to be partial to long comparing with the athletes of world.(4)In the stage of jumping, on the moment of take-off leg touching ground, the angle of touchdown is to be partial to small, angle of two legs is to be partial to big; angle of take-off of 3 athletes are to be partial to small comparing with the athletes of world except Zhu Shujing;angle of billowing of gravity of body is to be partial to big.(5)Compared with world athletes, Research object'ratio of 3 jump, the ratio of first jump being still big, the ratio of second jump being still small, it's high jumping style. (6)4 research objects all adopt the single arm swinging in the first and second jump, the last jump is double arms swinging, matching the trend of the current triple jump development.
