Investigations & Countermeasures On The Developing Factors Of The High-level College Basketball Teams In Henan Province

In our country,the present competitive sports system will undergo some reform. Colleges and vocational sports clubs will become the main force in promoting the development of high-level competitive sports cause. College competitive sports will play a more and more important role in the national competitive sports in the future. Cultivating athletes in high school,college and Olympic Games will be one of the main ways for cultivating the future talented athletes. Now,studying the college competitive sports reform,analyzing its advantages and disadvantages,as well as realizing"the strategic goal for 2008 Olympic Games",making colleges become the"base and cradle"for cultivating excellent athletes, bringing the college sports teams into full play and exploring the new thoughts for future development have become one main task calling for immediate solution.By using many methods,such as literature,questionnaire, statistics and ratiocination , this article studies and analyzes the influencing aspects on the development of the high-level college basketball teams in Henan Province and finally obtains the main aspect--the training quality and effect . The typical representative aspects are: the outlet of the athletes; material guarantee for training; the college training-administrating group; the comprehension of basketball tournament for colleges; the rationality of the game. And gets five critical influencing factors as awareness-improving factor,policy-material-devoting factor, administrating factor, coordinating-system factor and training-competing factor.1. Awareness-Improving FactorIt includes the attention-paying degree of the educational administrative department, the self-improvement and training-level of the coach and the outlet of the athletes.2. Policy-Material-Devoting FactorIt includes the college supporting policy, funds paid for the sports team,material guarantee for training, the training experience of the coach and the activity of the college in organizing the sports team.3. Administrating FactorIt includes the college training-administrating group and system, serializing the college supportive athletes, scientific degree of competitive ways and training quality and effect.4. Coordinating-System FactorIt includes the coordination between study and training, the construction of sports building in colleges, the college reform step in education, the comprehension of basketball tournament for colleges and the establishment of the training system of sports team.5. Training-Competing FactorIt includes the source of athletes, the training number and time, the rationality of the game and the establishment of the tournament system. Combining the influencing factors with current situation analysis, the article provides some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
