(3)The content of courses is uninteresting, strenuous, the degree of student's understanding of sports teaching is relatively thin, sports consciousness is weak, the motive of sports activity is indeterminate, and the content of courses and method do not have new expansion. (4)Sports thinks the system not perfect, ending appraisal is comparatively remarkable, neglect student's course hard. (5)Ignore the construction of the gymnasiums and stadiums, the place is comparatively shortage, the quality of the apparatus , apparatus was not ensured , there are less to funds of sports input schools, it is unable to go on to cause some to move about. Will influence university's sports teaching quality too if things go on like this.The article has proposed the conductive suggestion:(1)Solve shortage problems of teachers as soon as possible, improve the teacher's overall qualities, while recommending in a more cost-effective manner, young teacher goes out such activities as receiving a training, studying, preparing for the postgraduate qualifying examination, academic exchange, etc, in order to strengthen the teacher's professional quality and scientific research ability, in order to improve in an all-round way. (2)Organize experts to combine the excellent slightly tendencies of all parts, work out the teaching material of sports suitable for students of universities and colleges of normal schools to use, thus make the syllabus which accords with normal school student's characteristic, and unify the teaching thought to the university students of normal schools, in order to standardize the teacher's teaching idea. (3)According to the social development, offer the new born sports item on the original foundation, increase the hours of teaching of the theory lesson properly, improve student's understanding of sports activity, and strengthen the consciousness of physical training. (4)Increase the amusement type project in the content of courses, make the new sports health standard of university student, perfect university student sports appraise system , is it must progress to make , reward behavior become pursuit goal that sports appraise hard progressively.
