| Volleyball teaching which is an important part of physical education , is required in University P.E. major. In recent years, it is difficult to perform the hard volleyball teaching because of the expanding students in this major, their different athletic experience, their varied physical qualities and skills. By investigation we know there are other reasons . First of all , students lack interest in the hard volleyball because of the panic with fear and pain; Secondly, it is hard to reach a certain standard in a limited time as a result of the reduction of course time ensuing from the university education reform. Therefore, it is important to study how to cultivate students interest , improve their performance in a limited period. As a new type of sport Soft volleyball which is light , soft and suitable for the beginners, help to solve the problem and arouse the interest of many researchers.This paper probes the effectiveness and feasibility of soft volleyball in the physical education major so as to widen major students study field , provide a new idea and a new way . At the same time It provides a theory basis for students grasping the techniques of the two volleyballs on one hand and the development of the soft volleyball in university physical education on the other hand.In the paper , we use many ways (studying bibliography , interviewing experts, questionnaire etc.) to analyze the outcome of questionnaire to draw such a conclusion:Firstly, it matches an implement《The civil strong health outline》to the lifelong athletics view that the school athletics request;Secondly, the soft type volleyball brings into a high school athletics syllabus;Thirdly, adoption in the athletics teaching prefession of Heilongjiang many classes by opening the way of the exhibition,extending the movable scope of the soft type volleyball;Finally,Setting up the soft type volleyball course in high school athletics of Heilongjiang education profession is viable。...
