The education in the specialized middle school is the vocational education, "the transformation for the school's guiding ideology needs further make the localization and the direction of the vocational school clear school. The localization for the medium vocational education is training the countless high quality workers in nine year's compulsory education foundation." "The vocational school must persist taking the employment as the guidance, cannot take rising the quality and rising the undergraduate course be the duty. And also cannot change the general education blindly. It must persist facing the society, facing the market school, to deepen educational reform, strengthen the core competitive power to face the employment market; it is our final standard whether the employers, the students and their families satisfied. For many years , we have inaccurate the vocational school's localization, and from this, has had the teaching blindness, and comes under the influence of "taking an exam the education", constantly instills kinds of theory knowledge to the students, causes student's actual operation ability to be supposed to lack to the ability whack the independent employment market needed. Teacher's teaching by the textbook primarily, the students' study by the textbook primarily, and the test also only pays great attention to the written examination paper, and the textbook content examination. Student's virtual rating and the synthesis quality manifest with difficulty. This is the malpractice of professional ethics and career guidance class, and we must carry on the transformation.Because the specialized middle school professional ethics and career guidance class teaching practice also is at the quite shallow fumble stage, therefore, at present domestic still did not have a more complete theory system, and has not constructed a scientific synthesis examination and critique system, so this daily teaching work has been brought many inconveniences for the teacher. The practice needs the scientific theory for the instruction. I took this for the research topic with great courage. And I hope that it can be the function which remembers offers a few ordinary introductory remarks so that others may offer their valuable ideas. I hoped for sincerely the expert's direction, and can enhance our province specialized middle school professional ethics and career guidance class curriculum the conformity and the reform, and can give meager strength for our province vocational education. In the research for this topic, I have mainly used the following several research techniques.First, the method of theory. Research the professional ethics and career guidance curriculum by related theories. According to the content, professional and the occupational ethics theory, the national employment policy laws and regulations, the curriculum theory of related career guidance, and so on. All the above are the research key points; And to the method, because it has the closest relationship with the pedagogy, the psychology, the teaching method, the modern teaching techniques, only to own the hardest education theory, we could complete this research and do it well.Second, the way of experiment. Experimental methodology: Through the education teaching experiment, the reform effect which is established to this research topic has carried on the actual confirmation in the practice foundation.Third, the way of comparison. Comparison methodology: Through the comparative analysis to the different form teaching method, we can seek good teaching methods to suit the students' actual demand. And also only by the spirited teaching method, we can develop the career guidance curriculum reorganization work smoothly, and obtain the good result.This paper altogether divides four parts, namely:1. The necessary of reorganization specialized middle school professional ethics and career guidance curriculum .2. The main content of reorganization specialized middle school professional ethics and career guidance curriculum.3.The innovation of teaching method of specialized middle school professional ethics and career guidance curriculum.4. Some noted questions in teaching practice.In this research, I attempt to solve kinds of information resource which career guidance class curriculum in the specialized middle school urgently need conform, and through the more advanced teaching methods, enable the student to achieve the unification of knowing and doing, and enhance the practice activities, strengthen the student's practice skill, and finally make them to adapt the society, face up the market, and get a job independently. In the practical teaching and learning, It encounter the enormous difficulty in conforming and reorganizing correlating teaching materials. I thought this is the challenge which is unable to avoid for the moral education curriculum reforms in the specialized middle school. Through the massive teaching practice, I proposed some feasible measure for the general politics teachers in the specialized middle schools, and I request the colleagues earnestly to give the criticism to my insufficiency and can point out the mistakes.
