Study On The Present Situation And Policies Of Safeguarding System Of Athletes In Liaoning Province

After the establishment of market economy, the original safeguard system and the related legal documents for the athletes can hardly catch up with the steps of the development of the society. Only setup an athlete system that can advance with the times, can we guarantee the physical and moral integrity of the athletes and the substantial development of the athletics sports in Liaoning Province.This article analysis the present situation of safeguard system of athletes in Liaoning Province, through Literature material, Questionnaire survey, Expert interview, Mathematical statistic methods, and so on. The results show that there are many problems in the safeguarding system of athletes in Liaoning Province, such as not enough guarantee for athletes'education, health, profession education, and retired athletes. According to the problems, I table proposals that we should strengthen athletes'education, build up proper education system for athletes, promotion people-oriented methods, reinforce the athletes'skill training. And build up medical treatment overseeing system, and hierarchical Medicare system for injured and handicapped athletes. We should see from Province's conditions, and make the government polices display functions.
