Learning characters is the foundation of reading and writing, while elementary school period is the important period for training and richen student's humane spirit. During the teaching practice progress, we should not only take care about the quantity and speed of learning characters, but also pay more attention about the character implication humanities accomplishment helping students to understand the traditional Chinese culture and to improve the culture taste.Teaching on the point of culture field is depending on characters'culture characteristic and it is the important thing for training the language attainment of students. Learning characters is not only grasping a kind of communication tool, but also understanding the latent abundant cultural information to training patriotic feeling of Chinese characters. Therefore, I advocate that we should infiltrate cultural sprit in the period of character teaching.My paper is firstly talking about the theory foundation and important meaning of implementation elementary school language teaching by the view of cultural angle; and then introducing three kinds of teaching character models textbooks compilation and commentary, and the current situation of elementary school teaching character practice in our city. There are some same points in these teaching character models textbooks. Because of the influence of language organism theory, we did not pay enough attention on the humanities accomplishment of language. In the third part I mainly discuss about the content and the basic principle of implementation elementary school language teaching by the view of cultural angle on the students point and to train the good emotional attitude and right sense of worth. The last part is investigating technical strategy and tactics of implementation elementary school language teaching by the view of cultural angle in order to make the comprehensive development of students. In a word, learning characters should not obey its cultural basic or neglect the latent culture information.
