Currently, the inefficiency of the moral education has become a consensus. The reason of low efficiency on moral education is complex; there are the social reasons, for example, the utility of education causes the moral education marginalization in the material principle time. There are also interior reasons, namely moral education inherent problems. In recent years, Ethics has been the vision of reunification on normative ethics and Virtue Ethics for the meaning of moral education. In practice, In moral education there has been two different values: the normative orientation and virtue. The former think that we emphasis on nurturing virtue too much, but we ignore the role of the education system. The latter think that the current moral education to inculcate moral standards and abandon the pursuit of the ultimate virtue. There are two opposing orientations in the theory and practice of moral education, that is,"normative education"and"virtue education."This thread examines the moral education from their internal dimensions and research on moral education by "Integration" perspective. Morality is composed by social norms and individual moral virtue ,The highest goal of moral is to pursuit the social consummation and the individual perfect unification. The moral mechanism is composed by the conscious and social regulation and control, self-discipline and heteronomy. The moral natural disposition and the mechanism have decided the moral education inevitably takes steps from the norm and the virtue. Because the formation of Virtue is a long-term process, if Virtue is away from the established social ethics, any virtue will be the concept of radical fantasy. Similarly, These moral standards, we should not remain in the level of social discipline, but also need to be translated into individual's moral character and practice, otherwise they merely a hypothetical display, lost their binding to maintain social order and the conduct of the individual functions. We should adopt holistic thinking, moral education to be integrated so that the standard of education and morals education complementary strengths complement each other and make concerted efforts, and continue to promote moral education-depth development.Paper is organized in the logic of what is the integration of the norm education and Virtue, why should they be integrated, how to integrate. The purpose of Papers is to systematic and comprehensive study the integration of Moral Education. Paper is divided into four parts.The first part is defined the core concept. On the basis of the analysis of norm and virtue, we define the connotation of norm education and virtue education. Then analyzed on the basis of two theories, and further discuss the main features of norm education and virtue education.The second part focuses on the moral education why should integrate norm education and virtue education, namely the necessity for integration. First, norm and virtue education is simply complementary from the logic level; they need to integrate respective advantages. Second choice is based on reality, the reality division of moral education, but also need to integrate so as to enhance the effectiveness of moral education. Finally norm education and the integration of Moral education is an inevitable trend of history.The third part discuss the possibility that why can norm education and Virtue to integrate. Paper confirmed from three aspects: the life of the whole people and the whole of the dual nature of ethics, moral psychology. Morality is a whole of social norm and individual virtue, the maintenance of social order and enhances the unity of individual morality, social adjustment of material interests and care of the spirit of the people. And in the social norms in real life interacts with Virtue. This shows that the integration of norm education and virtue education is possible.Part IV discusses how to integrate norm education and virtue education, that is the integration measures. First the paper analyses the Prerequisite of the integration. Secondly the paper discussed further in the measures how to integrate in the education objective, teaching methods, teacher-student relations.
