Henan Province locate in Central Plains is pieces of population old province, while bringing abundance of human resources to each province and municipality development, have brought the opportunity of development too. How to give play to this province characteristic, change inferior position into the advantages, has all proposed greater challenge to the development of this province all trades and professions. Research and analyze the administrative situation of the sports teacher of Henan Province ordinary higher learning school teachers, its final purpose lies in through investigating actually, understand that the public sports teachers of university of Henan Province manage the state, and utilize the relevant theory of human resources to examine each link in sports teacher's management closely, oneself and other influence factors of the society that and has considered a teacher synthetically, have explained from the respects, such as the social idea, one's own factor etc. in an all-round way.
