The research in the way of inventory study the learning stress, learning self-efficacy, social support and learning burnout about the college students of ChangChun. Research instruments are learning stress Inventory, learning self-efficacy Inventory, Social Support Rating Scale, and learning Burnout Inventory. The questionnaires are handed out by researcher himself. There are 960 questionnaires, and return 902, the valid inventories are 870; the effective response rate is 90.6%.The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the general situation which college students feel the learning stress, learning self-efficacy, social support and learning burnout or the demographic variables affect the students' learning stress, learning self-efficacy, social support and learning burnout, to discuss the relationship among learning stress, learning self-efficacy, social support and learning burnout.This research has proved that:(1)The learning behavior self-efficacy of the college students have the extremely significant difference in school type; the college students which with different learning capability self-efficacy have the extremely significant difference in gender and grade; however, the learning self-efficacy of college students have no significant different in major and origin.(2)The academic atmosphere stress and school work burden stress of the college students have remarkable significant different in gender and school type; The college students which with different grade have the extremely significant difference in learning prospect stress; The college students that with the different major have the extremely significant difference in the total scores of learning burnout, learning prospect stress, learning competition stress, learning efficacy stress, school work burden stress.(3)The students with the different school type level exist significant difference in the subjective support, objective support, the using of support, and the total scores of social support. The female students are higher than the male group in the each of dimension of the social support .the subjective support college students have remarkable significant different in origin.(4)The college students with the different Emotional turndown, behavioral unsuitableness, low personal accomplishment and the scores of learning burnout level exist significant difference in school type. In the Emotional turndown, students majoring in science show the significant higher scores than students majoring in literature; In the low personal accomplishment,students majoring in literature show the significant higher scores than students majoring in science.(5)There are the negative correlation between the learning self-efficacy and the learning burnout; The total scores of learning burnout, Emotional turndown , behavioral unsuitableness have positive correlation with learning prospect stress, learning competition stress, learning efficacy stress, school work burden stress, learning condition stress , family expectation stress and the total scores of learning stress; learning efficacy stress, school work burden stress and the total scores of learning stress have positive correlation with low personal accomplishment; There are the negative correlation between the social support and the learning burnout.(6)The learning self-efficacy and the learning stress of the college students are effective predicted variable of learning burnout.
