In recent years ,Secondary vocational schools have been confronted with numerous difficulties and problems, and have also been faced with serious tests from the following two aspects: One is lack of new students ,Enrolling new students in most secondary vocational schools meet a serious challenge, Although they have tried their best to enroll more students, They can't reach the original enrolling plan. The second is the decline in the quality in new students. Most students are the students whose total marks in the entrance examination to secondary schools are below the average marks, Schools have to descend their mark limits in order to enroll more students, without ability to consider the quality of the new students. So most students in secondary vocational schools are problem students in moral character, attitude to study, and psychology.Those problem students have something in common with weak self-control, impulsive and repetitive in behavior, dependent and closed in psychology. In a word, They are weak in willpower. Daniel Golemn authored the international best-seller book named Emotional Intelligence ,In this book, he introduced the concept EQ to the people worldwide. he pointed out that EQ was a psychological concept opposite to IQ, for a successful person, Only 20%of his success is from his IQ, while 80% of his success is from EQ. Daniel Golemn thinks that EQ contains the following abilities: ability to self-control, ability to keep on being enthusiastic, ability to persist, ability to self-drive, ability to self-motivate, All this is closely connected with strong will quality, That is to say, strong will quality is their bases. Will quality is one of the important elements of non-intelligence elements, So, in my opinion, the cultivating of will quality of the problem students is one of the important ways to change the problem students.In the second chapter, the book analyze the main features of the problems students' will quality in secondary vocational school :One is lack of willpower, weak ability to self-control, the second is that their interest can't focus on one thing, lack of the spirit of perseverance . The third is lack of ability to bear setbacks because of their weak will. The author thinks that we should cultivates the problem students' will quality from three aspects: self-training of the problem students' will quality, Training their will quality from psychology, Practice their will quality in practice.This book adopts law of documents, Investigation method of the questionnaire, Law of action, Interviewing law to discuss the problem students' behavior, characteristics, reasons, relation between the problem students' behavior and the cultivating of will quality, the characteristics and reasons of the problem students' will quality, how to cultivate their good will quality.
