The Research Of Industry Education In Hunan

In the development of Chinese system of school education in modern time, the promulgation of the school system in "ren-yin" and "gui-mao" lead the emergence of Industry Education. Accompany the advocating of "Promoting industry" and "saving our country by education", Industry Education spread for decades.Industry Education in Hunan province set its first step at the late Qing Dynasty. Compared with other provinces, Hunan didn't start this field very early, but got a high speed, and made good effects on it, so , Hunan become a typical model in that time. So it is necessary to elaborate the origin and the pursuit of the Industry Education in Hunan from the vision of history and the angle of system, to inspect the administrative-managerial apparatus, the finance system, and the teaching situation from the microcosmic vision. All these are helpful for us to have a further discussion and understanding of the Industry Education, as well as Vocational Education in today's Hunan.This article is divided into five chapters:The first chapter: introduce and generalize the origin, the content, so as to reveal the root in China.The second chapter: analyze the texts of the regulations, discuss the process of systematic, and investigate the motive of runners of schools.The third chapter: inspect education from administration-managerial apparatus, the finance, the teacher and students.The last chapter: analyze the influence of the Industry Education on Hunan society, study the reasons of the losing and conclude some experiences to modern educational reform.
