In the current cultural background, language education is a kind of culture education is a fact, many educators and researchers working on language education will be incorporated cultural into the language education exploration, in which language education is moving towards a new situation. However, we should also see which confused some concepts, did not understand the language of education in secondary education in a position ,not clear how the current language education in the disciplines of upholding its own characteristics and education on the basis of language education cultural identity in many of these explore, exploring a randomness and blindness. Affect the normal secondary language education building.This study basis of secondary language education teaching practice and the results of research the current status of language education; researches conditions under cultural, culture education, education, psychology, secondary language education teaching theory, and other related research conditions; has a breakthrough to the current practice mistakes and the blind spots of current study; has the core problems at secondary language education misunderstanding analysis and what is secondary language education; explores solutions on the basis of errors countermeasures, and strives to have made two more breakthrough in practice and theory.The first part is on the full current secondary language education in the culture education misunderstanding, which summary of the types of errors is in order to analysis of cause according to various types. The second part is misunderstanding cause analysis, which mainly analyses causes through the current status of secondary school language courses, as well as the theoretical circle of professional teachers, and other aspects of the causes for the above errors. The third part is secondary language education in theoretical research, which On the basis of clarifying the concept of confusion, makes the orientation of theoretical to the secondary language education at the concept stage, features, functions, from the identity nature of language education and the essence of the perspective of education.It will fill a gap in current theoretical research, and provided a theoretical guidance to explore the current secondary language education misunderstanding out ways and means of education. The forth part under errors in the analysis and the orientation of theoretical explores some teachers operation strategy from the premise of teaching ideas,the curriculum construction,building materials and teachers'professional building, in order to solve targeted the secondary the cultural misunderstanding of language education.
