As is known to all, Teacher Specialization Development and Education Informationalization are already the trends of modern teachers'education nowadays, and future teachers should be able to cope with various kinds of challenges, so reform in pre-service teachers'education has found its very significance in China.Classroom observation is an important way to promote teacher professional development. It is not only a way to help improve teachers'teaching ability, but also one of the basic educational research methods. Classroom observation is some kind of a scientific observation other than daily observation. Everyone who implements effective classroom observation should go through both study and training. The purpose of this study was to help pre-service teachers to learn classroom observation, and they can use it for promoting their specialization development.In this paper, a course development study of"Classroom Observation"for pre-service teacher under the network environment is described. The main content of the study is as follows:(1) The study addressed issues raised during earlier research efforts on the theory, methods or effects to the use of classroom observation during the specialization development of teachers.(2) Based on the theory of curriculum development and analysis of pre-service teacher's learning needs, the author has designed the"Classroom Observation"curriculum's goals and contents system. And the curriculum's integrated implementation under network environment is considered to be feasible and superiorities.(3) On the basis of designing network studying environment, the"Classroom Observation"for pre-service teachers and teaching plan were developed.(4) As a pretest, the author has arranged some pre-service teachers to learn this network curriculum and analyzed the instruction. With observation, interview records and analysis of attending records, a research conclusion was summarized. In addition, the author has summed up some deficiencies and forecast the following research.This study has filled the blank of few curriculums offered to pre-service teachers under the theme of classroom observation in Chinese universities. It has put forward exploration from theory to practice about applying classroom observation to pre-service teacher's development in the network environment, and it can also be used for reference to other relevant curriculum and research.
