With the development of globalization. Immigrants which are the increasingly large groups are concerned by many countries. Since ancient times, whatever it is within the national borders of population migration or cross-border population movements are an integral part of human history. Although the specific reasons are complex flows, while the number of relocation involves only a small fraction of the total population, for the immigrants to leave the country and move into the transfer has great impact: the arrival of immigrants has brought not only their own labor, but more importantly, they brought the necessary capital, technology, knowledge and wisdom for the development of human society. No matter what, this is a rare and precious treasure. Moreover, different ethnic backgrounds convergence and integration of immigrants, not only gives the ethnic, cultural and economic diversity of structure and, more importantly, it is the nation's cultural and technological exchange to create a favorable environment in which all ethnic groups to learn from each other, and in the original technical achievements and promote technological inventions of science and technology and to the rapid development of productive forces has played a positive role in promoting this. Therefore, no matter how to evaluate the potential value of immigrants is not be overemphasized.The movement of immigrants can be divided into internal migration and international migration, this study is moving from Spain's international migrants. For the unique geographical location and historical origins, as well as the rapid economic development, Spain has become the second largest immigration intake States after the United States. At present, there is few researches about Spanish education and Spanish immigrants education, and on the issue of this paper is a system of exploration, more comprehensive system introduced Spain immigration status, trends, immigration policy and immigrant children access to education situation. It hopes that this paper could provide some reference to solve the problem of domestic migrant workers' children' education.The first chapter of this article introduces the main reasons why to choose this study, the origin of the study, the main content and significance, the status of the research and the research methods. Chapter 2 introduces the Spanish national profile and the historical background and reasons why Spain become the EU's largest country which immigrants moving into. And then made a brief introduction of the Spanish profiles of all types of education at all levels and analyzes the education system and characteristics of Spain. Chapter 3 introduces the immigration policy and the status quo in Spain. Chapter 4 focuses on the course of development of immigrant education in Spain, the basic model and curriculum and teaching characteristics and so on, the implementation of the "Education for all" and the reasons for immigrant education of specific measures. In chapter 5, with the domestic migrant workers' children's education status quo, it will compare with the experience of Spain immigrants education, in order to make up for our shortcomings on this issue, and to deal with the education issues of children of migrant farm workers. To made construction of China's contribution to the building of a harmonious society.
